- SOLD - Set of Iconic Mid Century 1960's Clive Bacon 'Jigsaw' Stacking Chairs and matching Stools

These are an iconic Mid Century chair designed by Clive Bacon in the 1960’s. This is for a set of 2 original stacking chairs as well as 2 matching stools which have been created through modernising another pair of chairs.
The main feature of these chairs is their ability to both stack on top of each other and also to interlock into each other at the sides using their ‘jigsaw’ legs.
The chairs are made from a steamed Beech frame with a curved back rest and have an upholstered black leather seat.
A great set of chairs and stools which can be used as a dining set or as decorative pieces in their own right.

The chairs have some age related wear and a a fair few marks and scratches to the wood as well as the odd indentation mark and scratch to the seat , The veneer on the steamed curved back has been repaired previously.
